Introduced in 1970 the Nostalgia/1924 Limited Edition pens commemorated the first white dot pens made by W.A.Sheaffer in 1924. Two models were made, one with a Sterling Silver overlay and the other with a 14 carat solid gold overlay. Each pen was stamped either Sterling Silver or 14K onto the cap, and 14K or Sterling was also stamped onto the clip.

Every pen had a serial numbered engraved onto the barrel and came accompanied by a small booklet, within this book was a numbered card which matched the serial number on the pen, this card could be return to Sheaffer to register your name and the number of your Nostalgia/1924 pen.
